I think I might be back...for real!!

I moved my craft stuff to our new house this week and am really enjoying having some space to get inky!!  My daughter needed a card for a birthday party today and whilst trying to decide what to do I was checking out Just Add Ink and decided that the fun colour combo they have this week would be perfect.

I would never have put these colours together, but think it is just the funnest combo!!  Especially for a 5 year old, lol.

What do you think? I didn't have any taken with teal so I used the aqua super nova glitter.  And I didnt' realise you can also add a neutral so I might even have another go at this at some stage.

I Stamped!!! and other BIG news!!!

Can you believe it I actually stamped!!!  Well I have actually stamped quite a bit over the last few months I just haven't blogged anything!!  I have had a few excuses though.  Number one being that we have been owner building our house (which should've been completed about a year ago according to hubby's original plans :) and things have been particulalry hectic as we get to the moving in stage (notice I said moving in stage not finished stage which was one of the original conditions on my agreeing to this crazy idea of owner building!!).  We are not all moved in yet but are on our way.

Anyway I must've remembered to forgive him and still must love hubby somewhat as we are also pregnant!!  Due at the end of October.  So I have been extremely exhausted much more so that with my other pregnancies which I am putting down to being older, fatter and mothering two energetic little girls.

So there are my excuses and big news!!  And here are some cards:

Love, Love, LOVE the Medallion Stamp, I got this free from a sales promotion earlier in the year!!  It's such a great size and simply gorgeous!!!  This is a card for my sister in laws 30th.

Stamp:  Medallion
Ink:  Versamark
Card:  Chocolate Chip
Other:  Heat n Stick Power, FIne Supernova Glitter (Chocolate & Aqua), 1"Double Stitched Choc Chip Ribbon, 1/4" GRosgrain RIbbon (Tempting Tourquoise), Hemp Twine, On Board Lots of Letters, Crystal Effects.

I really wanted to keep on using glitter so I did what any reasonable person would do and did!!

Stamps: Fox & Friends, Razzle Dazzle
Ink: Versamark, Melon Mambo, Chocolate Chip
Card: Chocolate Chip, Melon Mambo, Very Vanilla
Other: Heat n Stick Power, Dazzling Diamonds

Don't you just love this cheeky little monkey.  I made this for a nephew who's birthday was ages ago but I still haven't sent it :(  I think I might add some ribbon (is that a good enough excuse for being late???)

Stamps:  Fox & Friends
Ink: Choc Chip, Not Quite Navy
Card: Very Vanilla, Baja Breeze
Other: Big Shot with polka dot embossing folder

Well that's all for now, hopefully I it won't be so far between postings but I'm not making any promises!!!
